Registered Manager: Paula Nuttall – Paula trained as a nurse in 2010 and worked in Canterbury as a District Nurse before moving to Leicestershire. For 5 years she worked as a Community Nurse in Market Harborough. Paula’s work in the community sparked her passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly and so she made the transition from community nursing to work in a local nursing home. Paula worked as a Deputy Manager for 14 months before joining Sibbertoft Manor in January 2021. Paula, brings with her a wealth of clinical experience, strong links with local community nurses and a commitment to providing the best quality care to all our residents.
Accounts Manager: Holly Banks – Holly worked at Sibbertoft Manor for 8 years as HR/Operations Manager. After having her first child she returned to us as Accounts/HR Manager. Holly has a Bsc in Psychology & Educational Development and Certificate in Personnel Practice (CIPD). She is responsible for the smooth running of the systems within the home, provides operational support, purchase and sales ledger invoicing, payroll and HR Practices. Holly has worked at Sibbertoft Manor since 2010 and has extensive knowledge of the Organisation.
