The Manor has a full-time entertainment co-ordinator and two part-time co-ordinators.

Our entertainment programme is varied, as you will see from our list of forthcoming events.

Our in-house staff cater for our residents individual needs; organising both group and solitary activities; beetle drive, memory lane games, quoits, poetry recitals, interactive and card games to name but a few.

Pet Dogs
Keeping residents actively engaged is extremely important for their well being.

Animals can prove very therapeutic within a nursing home. Currently two residents have their own pets living with them at the Manor and we have visiting ‘pat’ dogs too.

All our activities, entertainment and resources are provided within your care package. There are no hidden extra costs for any of the services, facilities and resources we provide.

We organise functions in support of local and national charities and invite the local community to join us. Many residents enjoy socialising and meeting new people.

Daily newspapers are available in print or on computer; for ease of reading large print.

We have a wonderful reminiscence newspaper available to everyone and our staff will happily read it to those who are now unable to do so for themselves.
