Sibbertoft Manor truly feels like a home – not just for its residents, but also for their families and visitors. The staff are warm, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to getting to know each resident as an individual, with their unique story and background.
Everyone is treated with dignity, kindness, and respect. They listen to the opinions of relatives and act upon suggestions.My mother, with advanced dementia, lived at Sibbertoft Manor for 18 months. It was the only place where she was seen as a person living with dementia, rather than just a set of challenges. The home is spotless, with beautiful grounds and delicious food. Staffing ratios are high with experienced staff and the advantage of a nursing home is that Mum could stay without ever having to go to hospital. In Mum’s final days, the care provided by the staff – not only to her, but also to us as a family – was exceptional. We are deeply grateful and thank them all from the bottom of our hearts.

Since before mum moved into Sibbertoft Manor we were treated with kindness and respect. It was not an easy move for her but both she and us were looked after so well and it was a delight to see her settle in and enjoy life.
Everyone we met was kind and caring and it felt like home for her. During her final few days there was nothing but care and love to us all. My only regret is she didn’t get to see the snowdrops which she would have loved.

Throughout our mother’s time at Sibbertoft we, as a family, will always felt indebted to all the staff for making Mum feel safe, supported and incredibly well cared for at all times – as well as us, her children.
In the latter days of Mum’s life, the care and support given to us all was exemplary, we can never thank you enough for all you did in those last few months, days, and hours. You treated us all with the utmost dignity and respect. Laughing and crying with us too!

We immediately felt reassured by the manner in which Sibbertoft was ran, my sister and I left the staff and manager in charge and after that first meeting the phrase we proclaimed was ‘She runs a tight ship’. From the complicated process of moving my mum from the residential care home to the diagnosis within the hospital, to the changeover of homes, it was difficult to anchor her down and find a place that felt like home. Throughout her care at Sibbertoft, a high level of trust was earned across the span of time, this was a really big deal to us and every staff member went above and beyond to achieve this. We knew her needs could be met. Thank you.

Sibbertoft Manor is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a cosy environment for everyone. The carers are amazing and always available to discuss any concerns and provide regular updates on Dad’s well-being. They are helping my dad live out his final time with peace and dignity. They also
are super lovely to my mum (and my sister and I) when visiting, making time for us as well as my dad. It’s clear that they prioritise the health and happiness of each resident (and their families).

Just wanted to send our thanks, as a family, for the continued care of our mother. My sister Sally and I visited today and she looked comfortable and peaceful in her room.

Absolutely fantastic
I feel the best decision I made with my aunt’s care over the years was to move her to Sibbertoft Manor. She was made so welcome, treated with such care and respect, nothing was ever too much trouble. She loved the staff and the way they treated her and the support that they gave. The whole team were absolutely fantastic, I can’t praise them enough. I think my daughter summed it up best after my aunt’s passing in that she had found where she was sending my husband and I when we needed care!
The facilities are really good , I would absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sibbertoft Manor at all.
