Care Assistant

All new starters who commence employment by the 30th Jan 2022 and remain in post until at least 30 March 2022 will receive a retention bonus of £600.00 (pro rata). Requirements for the role

To be able to demonstrate a caring attitude, to enrich peoples lives and have a genuine interest in elderly people

• Experience – no care experience required as full training will be given
• Good interpersonal skills

Purpose of the role
Working alongside the Registered nurse, senior carers and other staff on duty the purpose of the role is to carry out the assigned tasks involved direct Resident care and their activities of daily living.
