What a day for Pat!

Today, one of our amazing residents took to the skies in a glider! This special event was organised by her son who believed that she would really enjoy the experience. She did! We were invited to take a buggy across the airfield and were able to watch her climb into the cockpit and strap in before climbing to 2,000 feet. Her co-pilot, Rob, made her feel completely confident and gave her and all of us who watched a day to remember. Well done, Pat, we are all really proud of you.
