Just excellent “caring” at its best. Always clean, always attentive, always there. Very well organised, efficient and effective whilst maintaining maximum dignity.

My gran only had sixteen days at Sibbertoft Manor before she died but the care and attention she received was always to the highest level! The matron is amazing and a holistic individualised care plan is in place very quickly.
All the staff are welcoming, friendly, caring, knowledgeable and very efficient.

When she was dying, the end of life package was put in place and the staff did everything they could to ensure that as relatives we were supported at all times.
They cared for her and ensured her dignity and her wishes were always carried out. The care she had was excellent and she had a peaceful, pain-free death.
Sibbertoft Manor is outstanding in every way.

Excellent care is given by all the fantastic staff. Great activities arranged and fun outings. Great environment when full-time care was necessary.

My mother’s greatest fear was having to go into a care home. When the time came she felt very fortunate to find a place at Sibbertoft Manor. Apart from being a lovely setting, the ethos of the home was exactly what she was looking for. She quickly felt it was her ‘home’, where she found many friends
to look after her. She greatly enjoyed the many trips out and valued her independence to be able to eat in the dining room or her own room and to participate in the activities that suited her. Her last 2 1/2 years at Sibbertoft Manor were very happy – she was never lonely and often said that she had too much to do – not bad at 104! I do not believe that she could have had better care, especially in the last 2 months when she was very ill. Even in her last few days, she was still saying how lucky she was to be there – with so much love and care.

We were very impressed when we visited Sibbertoft to have Christmas lunch with my mother-in-law. We discovered that the Matron provides an enhanced level of staffing from the beginning of the day so that visitors can be welcomed and provided with refreshments with their family member. We were looked
after well, the lunch was good, the cook checked with us to make sure we had enjoyed our meal and my mother-in-law enjoyed her day.

My mother was cared for during the last three months of her life. I have found everyone working there to be interested and involved in the residents and their care. Nothing is too much trouble. I felt free to make any requests people went to a lot of trouble to ensure a personal caring approach.
Each member of staff Matron, Nurses, Carers, Activity coordinators, Office staff, Housekeeping, Gardeners were kind and courteous.
Meals are cooked on the premises, to a very high standard with individual wishes being catered for.
There are daily activity coordinators and entertainers come in as well. For those who are able, there are organised trips and individual trips can be arranged. The gardens are a truly stunning and a colourful, peaceful, place for residents and visitors to enjoy. Residents are encouraged to spend time in the garden and can sit under shade-giving canopies with a cool drink and a staff member always present.
I cannot recommend Sibbertoft Manor highly enough.
