Dining With Dignity…

Today, the staff at Sibbertoft Manor were invited to take part in training that focused on food preparation and presentation for residents that need their diets adapted in some way. Gary Brailsford delivered an engaging theory and practical session based around the IDDSI food and liquid scale which we all found invaluable. Thank you, Gary, we can now use our new knowledge to benefit all of our residents.
