Celebrating Shrove Tuesday and Chinese New Year!

Today we had a busy day of traditions. This morning, our chef cooked everyone delicious pancakes to celebrate Shrove Tuesday. After that, we watched a documentary about the history of Chinese New Year. This afternoon, we completed our celebrations by making Chinese lanterns and sharing a tasting platter of Chinese food using only chopsticks. Fabulous!
